A Message from Sergio

Sergio Hernandez is a native of Mexico who began his career in the Telecom industry in 1994. Like many in the industry, he started with a small tower company and quickly saw that this was the place where he would make his mark. With hard work and a willingness to do more than many others, Sergio started working for media giants like IHeart Radio, and this is when he decided that tower work was his true passion. His ability and commitment to getting any job done, regardless of size, was left with nothing less than 100% satisfaction. A tower veteran, Sergio has built some of the tallest structures and done many of the heaviest picks during his tenure in the industry. Trained with many of the greats in the industry, he passes on excellent rigging skills and safety expertise. In 2012 Sergio founded and is the CEO of Top Rank Towers LLC. He strives daily to prove that a genuine love for the industry is all it takes for a dream to become a reality.

Crystal is one of the Cofounders of Top Rank Towers. She has been in the tower business for the last 12 years and has loved every day. The challenges of working with the Tower Owner and different Broadcast Engineers creates the perfect storm for her. Her ability to create financial solutions for both her company and her clients’ drivers her to strive for excellence. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, taxes, budgeting, treasury and forecasting.

Kyle Lee Sing born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago started his career in the telecom industry in 2012. Looking for his peace he moved from the carrier side working with Sprint and Ericsson to SBA towers where he worked as a Project Manager in the Decommissions Department. From SBA he worked with T-Mobile on their Back Haul project. After T-Mobile he took a position with Vertical Bridge as their Senior Operations Manager where he over saw Structural Tower Modifications, Tower Maintenance, Scheduled Ground Maintenance and many other projects that were vital to the company’s growth and sustainability. After being with Vertical Bridge for seven years Kyle has taken up the challenge of being Top Rank’s, Director of Operations.
